Our history
NAOS International is an executive search and recruitment consultancy founded in 2008 by Philippe JOLY and Benjamin LALANNE in Paris.
From its inception, NAOS International, driven by the desire to develop an international identity, committed to supporting the growth of European companies in search of exceptional talents in other regions of the world.
In 2009, Benjamin LALANNE moved to Dubai to establish the company’s first subsidiary, marking the beginning of NAOS International’s international adventure. Benjamin contributed to the company’s development for over 10 years before leaving the project at the end of 2019.
In 2013, Dimitri VARDAKAS joined the ownership to expand the company’s activities in the APAC (Asia-Pacific) region. He established the Singapore subsidiary in 2013 and the Hong Kong subsidiary in 2015.
The year 2023 saw the arrival of Jéromine Leroy in the ownership. After contributing to the development of the firm’s business for 9 years, her arrival contributed to synergy, development, and team growth in Paris and diversified the service offering with a focus on individual coaching and support for professional transition (Outplacement).
Currently, our team consists of 25 experienced, multilingual consultants, spread across our 4 subsidiaries in Paris, Dubai, Singapore, and Hong Kong. We have successfully completed recruitment projects in more than 40 different countries.
We are entering a promising growth phase full of exciting challenges. Thus, we are constantly seeking new talents to strengthen our team and contribute to our continuous expansion.
